AT Hoof It, we welcome everyone–young, old, and in-between. Here, it’s all about the fun, the laughter, and the pure joy of walking with goats through native prairies and forests. If you’re looking for things to do in Galena, lace up your shoes and get ready to HOOF IT! Book your trek today.
All participants are required to sign a waiver before participating in activities. Please submit the waiver form prior to arrival. You may share this link with others in your party to fill out ahead of time as well. The waiver is linked in your confirmation email.
Goat Trek
Experience the pure joy of frolicking goats while walking through native prairie and forest as the kids (baby goats) follow along and play.
No alcohol allowed.

Goat Trek + Bonfire
Enjoy an early evening walk and a bonfire under the stars. S’mores provided. Pack a cooler, bring snacks, or order pizza delivery. BYOB for around the fire (no alcohol allowed on the trek). Nature, the stars in the sky, and fire provided. (this is a PUBLIC group experience)

Pen Play
Pen Play is reserved for the inability to walk the trail, due to lack of mobility. Our new goat yard is a favorite place to interact with ALL the goats. Weather permitting. Please call for availability. We reserve the right to alter the experience due to high heat.

Goat Trek - Season Pass
Purchase a season goat trek pass and receive 12 treks for the price of 10, and enjoy a complimentary Bonfire with s’mores. Pass valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Not valid for use with a single group visit. This pass is designed for multiple visits throughout the year.

Kid’s Camp 2024
Join us on a virtual trek!
We’ve chosen to spend our days together and in nature. We are taking the Hoof It goats for walks each day. Teaching the kids the ropes and praying for a summer where we can see all of you on the trail with us. Take care of your families and friends. Cherish your time together. We’ve goat this!!
